Advertising needs experiences to be reliable and to have an effect on people’s behaviour. A directed tv-commercial that says a product is good, or that we all have to book a certain service....It's over. People will not believe that. To do proper advertising with an impact you need experiences as a content motor. Otherwise: advertising is dead.
